TIRANGA
Tiranga was not like any other independence event, it was an evening of celebration with three mini-events!
The first event was gracefully hosted by Khwaaish's Paryank Gothwal wherein the audience played games and quizzes about movies and fun emojis! Our participants also performed a thought-provoking poem and sang a patriotic song.
Our events were graced by the presence of many NC Cadets but our Main Event was a tribute to our chief guest, Mr. Raj Gujar, who has been army personnel for 5 years. This mini-event was hosted by Alizeh's Yahvi Sharma. The founders of Khwaaish, Pranaam, and Alizeh foundation thanked Mr. Gujar for his presence. A presentation commemorating the Olympic Medal winners of our country was shown as well.
Sumedha Mishra, a young singer, added luster to our event with songs that made the audience swoon at her voice.
Our participants made gripping speeches and recited incredible poetry appreciating the valor of our soldiers.
The host paid tribute to the unsung heroes of India's fight for freedom and all of us stood up, our hearts filled with pride, for our National Song, Vande Mataram.
The third event, hosted by Pranaam's Himanshu was filled with fun, laughter, and joy!
The team read confessions, made fun speeches, and played fun games like 'Guess the freedom fighter'. The participants elevated the atmosphere by songs, beatboxing and even a DJ joined us!
Tiranga was finally completed when all of us stood up for our National Anthem, remembering the fighters who sacrificed themselves, so we could be a free nation.

👉 A very insightful event, specially in thses dire times when it is not possible for people to meet up and celebrate this important day together. The 3 organizations ( Khwaaish, Alizeh and Pranaam) showed commendable coordination and conduction in the smoothest way possible. In all, a very remarkable evening.

👉 It was a great event and it was the first event by khwaaish that I attended. The event included speeches, poems, songs,games,quizzes and information about many freedom fighters and Indian history. I enjoyed the event and everyone else present there enjoyed it too. And the best part was that I got inspiration from each and every one especially the founders as they have initiated such a good thing in such a mere age.
