VEGAN FASHION

There are three types of people in this world; vegetarians, non-vegetarians, and the most trendy, vegans! and thus we are talking abt “ The Vegan Fashion!!”

But before we dive in, let’s understand What is Veganism?

Olive Oil, Olives, Food, Oil, Natural

Veganism is not only about eating plant-based foods, rather it is a lifestyle where people minimize animal exploitation as far as possible and practicable.

Now, What is Vegan Fashion??
Vegan fashion is the fashion genre where the production and marketing of clothes follow veganism and excludes animal exploitation, clothes are free of materials derived from animals such as fur, leather, and wool. They also refuse buttons, glues, and other details that come from animal sources.

Vegetables, Avocado, Asparagus, Tomatoes
Why opt for vegan fashion?
There are a billion reasons to do so. Top three being:

1.It’s not at all humane to make animals suffer, especially where we have just as good or even better alternatives to the non-vegan counterparts.

2.Animal agriculture has a huge impact on the environment, and reducing the number of animal products we buy is the biggest and easiest thing we can do for our planet (after not having kids).

3. The most skin-friendly and natural are all vegan! Then why use the heavily chemical-treated non-vegan stuff, duh!

What should we avoid when going vegan?
Let us make that simple with the table given below.

Now some  of us may ask that if we turn vegan then what about our precious leather belts and boots and THAT FUR COAT!! We just can’t dump them in a bin, right!?!
Of course we can’t and so here are some ways to avoid that from happening:

Keep them until you’re comfortable with wearing them.
And if you are not then simply just donate them.
…...or sell them. (we all like money, RIGHT!?)
….or maybe just swap them with someone else.
